Excellent and quick and quality service. They always return calls and keep great communication. We have used them twice and will use them again should the need arise.
It’s Saturday night and our pipe froze with the cold weather. Water spilling through the ceiling. Once I turned the water off and texted Gabe he was at our house within 90 min. He was able to fix the pipe quickly and take care of things. His customer service was exceptional and Gabe was so kind and pleasant, were so appreciative.
Updates: Spencer called me back and told me that he is in a trip in another country, that's why he didn't get my calls. He came to my home and fix the water tank the 2nd day we got connected. ======= Spencer replaced our water heater 3 years ago. Currently there's issue with it, we don't have hot water from last week. I called and texted him several times, but never heard back!!!! He told me there's 6 year warranty, but if he never answer the phone, the warranty is non sense. Did a great job! He was clean, professional, on time and very affordable compared to the other companies that I’ve used. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
I run a general contracting business and occasionally used Gabe Spencer’s for smaller maintenance issues. I had a scheduled maintenace call setup with Gabe a week in advance. He never showed and hasn’t returned calls, emails or texts for over three weeks. This is second time he’s done this to me. I don’t recommend him and I personally won’t be giving him another chance.
