Jess and Dr. Cooperman have seen me through shoulder, knee and hip pain since 2022. I'm kinda sad that I probably won't see them after today's injection since the hip is hopefully the last thing I need to replace. At this point, they feel like friends. He has been most responsive to any issues and questions I've had, and Jess is very communicative as well. Everyone has a smile to greet you . You don't have to wait long to see your doctor and he takes souch time to listen to you
I have nothing but lovely things to say about Dr Cooperman and his staff. I only visited once as he had to refer me to someone else, but he has been incredibly responsive over messages, along with Jess. They both have sent over any information needed for my referral super quickly, and Dr Cooperman has been so patient with my (many) questions. Amazing experience with Dr. Cooperman. It's now over a year since my visit and I'm pain free and much improved on two separate injuries I visited with. Dr. Cooperman was very patient and extremely knowledgable, I'd highly recommend him to anyone with a sports injury.
