Thank you so much for your great service!!! I was having problems with my internet and I called after hours for help. The man was very nice and helpful. We got the problem figured out but what was so amazing was they were willing to come out on a weekend to help me if I didn't get it to work. I also appreciate Mike Carlson for getting me Iowa Hawkeye schedules for my dad. Love all of your great service and dedication!!!�
I greatly appreciate the television coverage that SMU gives our businesses and school activities on their local access channel. As Spencer YMCA director of operations and Spencer high school dance team coach I can't say enough about the quality and the frequency of which both very different organizations I'm involved with are given! SMU Is extremely community focused and supportive of the Spencer community and surrounding area! Well done!

Called this morning so we could up our cable package and watch the premiere of one of our favorite shows tonight (lol) and was pleasantly surprised that they did it all today! And it was fast, like under an hour fast!! Also, great customer service from Brenda, thanks SMU!
My hubby and I recently gutted and remodeled our kitchen. We bought all new GE Slate appliances, and it has only been a few months. The ice maker in our freezer is struggling, AND my dishwasher looks like it is 20 years old. I have had a Bunn coffee maker for 25 years, and it barely works with weekly cleaning. I wonder WHO IS THIS WATER SAFE FOR??!! I don't care about your water reports showing it is safe, do you think Flint, Michigan was told the same thing??!!
