Internet services seem to go out daily. not convenient.
Lately service has been horrible. For the amount we pay the service should be more reliable.

Not my deal, but a friend. Can't wait 2 days to get their money so they cut you off and make you pay a reconnecting fee... This company blows.
I hate their new billing system. There is no breakdown of charges at all, we constantly get bills with 2 separate amounts and without a breakdown how do I know which one is correct?! I’m sick of overpaying for subpar service. Customer service can no longer help us we keep getting told to go online and look. They are also extremely rude. The only good experience I’ve ever had with SMU is if I need something after hours, their techs on call are fantastic and super helpful and will bend over backwards to figure it out.
The new Smart Hub billing is awesome! Very convenient to have both busiess and personal accounts under one login. Takes just a few clicks to review the bill and pay. Thanks for the upgrade.

From Jeff & Brenda in the office to Brandon & Josh with the install. It was so nice to have a set time for the install to happen & not a "4 hour window". During the install they were prompt, pleasant, respectful & professional! Thanks again!!
