Carla is amazing but I had my rings soldered and aka for the rings to be center. They were not. I then had a stone fall out so I took it back to them to have it repaired and called to make sure it was getting done correctly after the solder issue and was talked to very strangely on the phone there was a long hesitation then she said yeah they are still working on it. I recently had a necklace repaired there. It was expertly done. Moreover, the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any jewelry repairs.
Service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The craftsmanship on created and/or repaired jewelry is exceptional. Spencer and Kuehn is the number 1 fine jewelry store in this region.
