Julie is amazingly knowledgeable and explains what’s going on in a very clear way. Among other things, she is highly educated in a wide range of female Urogynecology issues, interstitial cystitis in particular. She gives well thought out treatment recommendations and has had a very positive impact on my health and well being. My experiences with her over almost twenty years have been extremely positive. I can’t recommend her more highly.

I saw Julie Spencer for the first time today re: kidney stones. While I have been to a couple other urologists in the past, and was not unsatisfied per say, Julie was the first to clearly and concisely explain why I felt pain where and when. She focused on what I was saying, responded accordingly, and validated my feelings related to my painful kidney stone passage experience of late.
