Spencer heating and air conditioning installed both when we built my new house 22 years ago . They did an outstanding job . In those 22 years they have been back twice for some minor age and usage related repairs. I have always been very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Brian, the owner has always been on sight . Just got the worst screw job ever from this vendor. AC needed some charge and the tech told me "one fifty per pound of refrigerant" He meant $150.00/lb.!!! The charge was $600.00 for refrigerant?!? Never again. After more than 30 years of service from this company I never expected this crap. DONE!!!
They don't stand behind their work. Installed a new boiler system several months ago and it has spiked error codes every day since. After one attempt to make it right, they are not returning calls.
Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning installed my Air Conditioner 2 years ago - system developed tiny pressure leak due to other attic work. Spencer responded within an hour with a tech who was knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was made, system charged and I am good to go again in less that 3 hours. Great service all around!
Absolutely fantastic experience. Brian, Andy, Teondre, and Dawn were a pleasure to work with. Fair prices, great work, and able to get here very quickly. They went above and beyond, taking time to answer any question I had and giving me advice. They even made it here during a snow storm. I highly recommend Spencer heating and air conditioning for any of your HVAC needs.
