While driving home from work today, your driver in the van with the NY license plate 14687-NG was speeding, 65 in a 50, riding people’s tails, brake checking, and flashing his high beams to blind people. Having such poor behavior while just driving is a horrible reflection on your company. Definitely will not be using you when I need, if your driver’s behavior on the road is any testament to how they act with customers. Completely unprofessional.
I would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a repair company. This is my 2nd estimate and Spencer has been 10 times more thorough than the 1st estimate. Very friendly technician and very nice receptionist!
Spencer heating and air conditioning installed both when we built my new house 22 years ago . They did an outstanding job . In those 22 years they have been back twice for some minor age and usage related repairs. I have always been very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Just got the worst screw job ever from this vendor. AC needed some charge and the tech told me "one fifty per pound of refrigerant" He meant $150.00/lb.!!! The charge was $600.00 for refrigerant?!? Never again. After more than 30 years of service from this company I never expected this crap. DONE!!!
They don't stand behind their work. Installed a new boiler system several months ago and it has spiked error codes every day since. After one attempt to make it right, they are not returning calls.
