I just want to let you know how efficient, thorough and kind Kelan was as he worked on my Heat/AC today. He made sure everything was running smoothly. I’d like to give him and Spencer’s Heating & Air 5 stars !!
We had an issue at our restaurant and water was coming in from the ceiling. We called Spencer at 9 am that morning and by mid after noon a technician was on the job. The technician Brad came in the restaurant and introduced himself and he and I went on the roof of the building together where he took the time to explain the situation and what he was going to do in order to address the issues and solve the problem. Kenan came out and quickly identified our issue and solved our drainage problem, as well as performed preventive maintenance. He was very personable and professional. I recommend Spencer from our experience!
I called at around 8 and they were responsive in 20 minutes...Kelan was friendly and knowledgeable...he knew what the problem was and got the job done!!!
This place is the WORST for HVAC repair. I had a guy come out on Friday named Kelan from Spencer Heating and Air and he came over and was a really nice guy. However, when he had done whatever he had done, he didn't come to consult me on how much it would be or what he was doing, he just did it and then left my home without even saying anything. I went up in the attic yesterday to look at it myself and i just see a deluge of water dripping from under the unit, and the pan under the unit was rusted to oblivion. Even if he did ... read more
