Spencer Heating and Air had been servicing our 2008 HVAC unit for the past five years, all the while keeping us informed that it was nearing its useful life. The end finally happened in June when the air handler began leaking refrigerant. At the recommendation of our technician, Brad, we had them quote the cost to replace and decided to go that route. Our Heat pump went out . Called Spencer heat and air . The owner got me an estimate the next day and then repaired it the following day . The repair men were very knowledgeable and experienced. Will use again . Very fast and communication was excellent.
Absolutely AMAZING group of people! David, the owner, came to assess the job and when he found out it was for our non profit ministry, insisted on donating the work.
