Definitely the right man for his position!! The best
I was scared to have rotator cuff surgery. I had two tears and a spur. My shoulder is also completely covered in tattoos. Dr. Romaine was very comforting on how he was going to produce results without showing scars. I hurt less immediately after surgery than I did before I went in! He only made three small incisions with a scope. It was nothing like I thought. Maybe one of the easiest surgeries I've ever had and no damage to my tattoos either. He is an amazing surgeon! I highly recommend!!

Doctor Romine performed a reverse total shoulder replacement on my shoulder. He was very understanding and put me at ease with the surgery. The surgery and physical therapy went well. I would highly recommend Doctor Romine if you are needing surgery.
