I’ve been a patient of Dr. Grace for nearly two decades and have always appreciated her compassionate, thorough care. Over the years, I’ve seen the natural evolution of the practice and understand that changes happen. Look at all the great reviews for this guy! He is nothing but good! I had the same doctor for 20 years and he retired! I was really worried! But I got Doctor Spencer and everything has been great! He has been my primary care doctor for 4 or 5 years now! I have Zero complaints! He's a great doctor and even a better person! I feel so lucky that he is my Doctor!
Dr. Walker himself is 5 stars, but his office staff does him a disservice. Today I’m on day 5 waiting for a RX refill. I’ve called numerous times and my pharmacy has sent several request that have been ignored. Today a member of the staff told me “the Dr is really busy, sorry”. No patient wants to hear that their Dr is too busy for them and that they aren’t being heard, and I told her as much, her response? “Well I didn’t mean for it to sound that way”. I have been with Dr. Spencer Walker for about four years now and found that God truly blessed me with Dr. Walker who is one of the few good doctors that treat his patients as if they were one of his own family members. I am very happy with Dr. Walker and his staff who are also very helpful in setting up appointments and helping with any paperwork that needs completed.
