Good customer service and dentists are very friendly. My only complaint is the wait. With an appt its at least 30 minutes.
Let start off by saying you should not post rules all around your front desk if you are not going to abide by them your self. Don't ask someone to be on time and say you give no grace period but every appointment I arrive 15min early and still don't ever get seen on time. They call your phone to make sure you going to be on time and yet they are never moving on schedule.
