The wait was long in the lobby but during my appointment the hygienist was very thorough with the cleaning. That’s the cleanest i’ve seen my teeth in years, definitely worth the wait.
The only reason I didn’t put 0 stars is because it makes you at least have to put one. My kids appointment was at 8am we arrived 20 mins early, and she didn't get called back until around 8:40. It took so much longer for them to get her paperwork to get us out of there than the actually cleaning and X-rays did. We sat there waiting for the paperwork in the back for at least 30-40 more minutes just sitting there waiting for them to let us get out.
I hate to say it but my experience was Horrible and Unsatisfied and I will leave it there
TODAY I had a visit at Spencer dental I want to thank the hygienist MAKALA for great service she was amazing experience was off the charts thank you for servicing all my children yall please go see her she is the goat of Spencer dental keep working hard
The hygienist Makala was amazing! she truly does a great job getting teeth super pristine and gives the best advice for at home care for best results for oral hygiene. Thank you Makala & Spencer dental!
