The dental staff was very good and helpful. Made my boys feel at ease for there first visit. I didn't have any pleasantries with the young, young lady up front though.
When I fist arrived the lady’s at the desk completely ignored me while they had a conversation then finally after standing in front of them for a while they asked for my children’s names and gave me my paperwork, it was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I went in for teeth cleanings and they didn’t clean my oldest child’s teeth only vitamins, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not but it was definitely a first, they also left him in the X-ray room and forgot about him .. there’s only one guy dental assistant we get when w... read more
My son goes to Spencer dental since he was 2yrs old, now 13yrs old. The customer service has improved 100%, service is quick also. I will continue taking him to the little creek location.
