I did not have a problem with this dental office even with the long wait time for appointments. My problem is I made an appointment 2 months prior at 4pm only to find out my appointment was canceled the day before by the ortho office because I also had an appointment with them. I received all the text confirmation prior except the one that canceled my appointment the day before, which still is not acceptable because again how you have rule and time frame where you take adults and your scheduling center doesn't know this. The doctors and other dental hygienists were very kind.
Wasted my time.
Today (5/27/2026), we experienced exceptional service,at their Norfolk location. My special needs friend was seen and the dentist and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They were professional as well as caring as they assisted her. I will recommend others for sure. Thank you for Caring about you patients.
