I’ve been going to Spencer dental since I was a child back when it was called cool smiles. I have never had a problem with them till now. Y’all do not notify the people that you don’t have a dentist make us wait over an hour and don’t even try to reschedule just make us wait. You want us to be on time but y’all can’t be on time and I’m talking. My appointment was at 8 o’clock in the morning which is one of y’all‘s first appointments and I still had to wait an hour to find out that y’all didn’t have a dentist.

I set myself up for disappointment EVERY time I come here. It is always one issue after another. Today’s issue consists of an appointment that has been scheduled for months for 8 am. Here we are at 8:58 still sitting here. How are you behind already????? It’s the lack of consideration…. They bombard you with numerous calls and text to remind you not to be late and the audacity to be nonchalant and passive aggressive when asked about a timeline. My kids have been going here for years, but it was once upon a time and then Kool smiles, and now it’s Spencer Dental but they have moved over and they are still doing a wonderful job with. I really appreciate all the staff, beautiful smile and sweet gesture.
