Spencer Mulgrew was seller’s agent for 7063 Orion Dr., Grand Prairie TX 75054. Originally agreed upon purchase price pending inspection results. Inspection completed with findings. Inspection report sent to Mulgrew within a hours of receipt. Mulgrew was unresponsive to email and text. Eventually able to be reached by calling and he replied he has not looked at the inspection report sent hours earlier. Remained unresponsive through the option period, forcing buyer to execute option to terminate. Total waste of time and money.... read more
