This is the place to go. I do as much work on my own cars as I can, but if a job arises I always take it to Spencer. I have had jobs come back lower than their quote, and I have always been provided honest feedback and recommendations to maintain my cars. I have never felt upsold, or pressured into anything. They have always been timely, friendly and honest. I cannot recommend them enough. Customer service and mechanical service are both deserving of 5 Stars.

Good customer service in person and quick turnaround for repairs. The reason I am rating 3 stars is because they told me diagnostic was going to be 150 over the phone when it was about 165 per hour. (This doesn’t actually matter to me, it’s a few bucks and people make mistakes) What matters is that they used a different synthetic oil than what I had specifically told them to only use on the phone which is also the oil type that is listed on the engine. Great shop, they are willing to explain in detail what work needs to be done and the price is very reasonable. Have taken my car here several times and it has never been a bad experience.
Only place you should be taking your car for auto repairs. They located the “strange noise” on the car. They offered to replace the exhaust but, referred me to another shop because they do quality work and can do it for cheaper. How awesome is that? Especially nowadays. They reassured me the car is in good working condition and overall no safety concerns. This place is great, honest, and I will forever take my vehicles here for future inspections/repairs.
