Tyler and the team at Spencer Auto Repair were awesome. We had taking our Traverse into a local dealership for warranty repair, found out that while the fuel pump was covered under warranty, the left catalytic converter was not. Bought my car through Spencer's. Got a great deal. I take it back for servicing and oil changes. They are fair and have competitive pricing. A great family owned business with friendly, accommodating employees.
Just found this place a mile from my house. What a great team! Had an oil change, tire rotation, new air and cabin filters, plus a few other little things. I have an old car (175000+ miles), but it was treated like it was new! I highly recommend Spencer Auto Sales & Service!
Took my car in for a service and brake check. Everything was great, they even called an Uber to take me home so I didn’t have to wait there!! Cold bottle of water in the car when I came to pick it up!
Took the van for an oil change and they changed the oil like most shops can. What they didn't do was up sell on services not needed like most shops do. Just straight up old fashion service.
We took our SUV to Spencer to get the AC fixed. They were awesome! We couldn't believe how fast they were and their service was great. We are very happy with our experience there and highly recommend them!
The BEST team of people! Everyone there is so friendly. They treat you like family as soon as you walk through door. Tyler and Denelle are fantastic and will keep you up to date every step of the way. Even the technicians are happy and courteous. Highly recommended.
I absolutely love this business. They take care of all of my work and personal vehicles. I have actually purchased one truck from them and love it still to this day. I won’t use anyone else.
