Great Service, took van in for new brakes. They did a full inspection, explained other items that were in need of service and close to needing service and took the time to explain the pros and cons of fixing now vs waiting with out high pressure. Communication was good and job was completed timely as promised.
Exceptional Service and Very Nice Staff ! Tyler was extremely caring and knowledgeable on all aspects of the business. Well Done.
They guys at Spencer Auto Repair always take great car of our vehicles! They are always quick and have the best prices on the repairs we need. Today they got my brakes done in 3 hours - I dropped it off on my lunch break and it was ready for me when I got off work. So thankful for Spencer's Auto! They educate, provide options, are affordable and provide transportation. Finally a mechanic I can trust.
The front staff was incredibly helpful & friendly from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was clean & comfortable. The service was so fast that I was literally in and out in a matter of minutes. The breakdown of future-needed services was also really helpful, and didn’t seem like another repair shop trying to make money. 10/10 will be back!
