Great, likeable staff, affordable vaccination prices and convenient location. They lose a star for pricing of elective procedures such as spay/neuter.
I had to end the suffering of my sweet, nearly 14 year old chihuahua. The staff was compassionate and explained each step to me.The price was affordable also. Two days later I received a card and angel dog pin. It made me feel they really cared about our loss. If and when we decide to get another pet this will be the veterinary service I will use. Thanks for making a tough situation humane for all of us.
I just started as a patient w my golden retriever Cheezit & my cat Nellie. I had to find a new clinic because my clinic was just charging too much, therefore I had to find another clinic after doing a lot of research I ended up here and I'm glad I did the staff is so friendly the Dr was extremely nice & didn't rush us out & explained everything to me regarding Cheezit & Nellie. I just got a puppy from the shelter today and took her for a checkup. They were so nice and caring!!! They all loved up on Aggie and just were fantastic with her. They also gave me a puppy bag with lots of goodies in it. We have found our vet!
Spencer Animal Hospital is always there for my pets and I. From regular visits to illnesses they are always accommodating, kind and helpful. They handle even the most difficult situations with kindness. Thank you for always being there for my questions, concerns and checkups. Most of all thank you for your compassion this week. I'll never take my pets anywhere else!
Yesterday was our first time there and Dr Lovell and her staff was amazing. We were so worried about our Roscoe and his tummy. Her and her staff took very good care of not only him but us too bc we were a wreck. Thank you for everything you did bc today our baby is better!!
