Today I went to take my Ill cat to the vet, prior to arriving I confirmed I would be seeing Doctor Lovell at 1pm. When I arrived I was greeted with a bad attitude, the receptionists and office manager refused to give me my vet records to take my animal to another facility. This hospital is known for their high euthanize rates. After repeatedly asking for my records I was denied, when walking to my car all three receptionists ran after me and tried to talk down on me about how I was a terrible cat owner.. please do not take y... read more
Killed my animal who wasn’t sick due to infection from location.
Saw how they treated a women horrible and would give her the cats vet records.
Went during their low pay days, I got there 30 min early so I can get in and out as quickly as possible. They took me in 15 min early then their normal time. Gave my baby girl all her shots, doctor came in to make sure she was ok and didnt have any questions and out the door I went. Super fast and staff was great!
