They had a very competitive price, and were upfront with any additional costs that might occur due to damage that couldn't be seen until the tiles were pulled up. During the initial bid and inspection, they found a section of the roof over the garage where the plywood had completely failed, leaving a large hole that had caused interior wall damage.
