I know nothing about the service but the sales department was amazing! Bought a Honda Trail 125 from Randy Menter, who bent over backwards to make sure we were choosing the right bike for me. I'm short and was a bit worried about touching the ground. One of the mechanics gave us some great advice on how to make the seat lower to the ground. The owner helped us load her up and now I'm a proud owner. Its great to work with staff that aren't paid on commission, makes the whole purchasing process pretty chill.
The quoting and buying experience for a Honda Pioneer 520 could not have gone better. Very pleasant easy going people at Spence Honda. The cost was significantly less than dealers around North Idaho/Spokane and no hard pressure up sells. So very worth the drive to Moscow. The negative review they have by a husband and wife about the 520 they bought was uncalled for. They did not service their air filter properly and they ruined the engine. Spense sales and service motorcycle store is okay. I haven't been super thrilled with some of my interactions with them. I just bought some oil from them. One of the older gentlemen helped me, and they had to order it in. I was given a certain price and told it was 4 liters. When I came to pick it up it, the price was higher and it turns out it was only a gallon. And the new salesperson insisted that I keep the oil because they ordered it in.
