Fatima was wonderful. Knowledgeable and shared every aspect of the diamond purchasing experience. She explained the details of every diamond option and offered follow-up availability for returns exchanges and lifetime cleaning and maintenance
Recently visited spence diamond to buy present for my parents and thanks to komal to make my life easy as me being a guy know nothing about jewelry. She was incredibly patient, listened to exactly what I wanted, and helped me find the perfect piece without any high-pressure sales tactics. If you’re heading in, do yourself a favor and ask for Komal—she’s wonderful!
Had such a wonderful experience visiting the shop Komal was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she made the whole shopping process feel so easy and special. From explaining designs to helping me pick the perfect piece, everything was just perfect. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Komal if you want a smooth and memorable experience!
A special thank you to Komal for making my experience so wonderful! She was extremely kind, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her excellent customer service truly made my visit special.
Went to Spence Diamonds for the first time. It was an absolute pleasure and was greeted and walked through the exhibit by Fatima. She was professional, warm and friendly throughout the process. Good collection and well informed staff personnel.
