My wife and I have been going to this Spence location consistently for the last 10 years. The staff are always very professional, friendly, and helpful. We have worked with Elizabeth on multiple pieces over the years and she is always the absolute best! We also had a great experience with Michael recently. Great selection of rings, a wide variety of styles for both him and her. Randa was our consultant and can't say enough about her. She walked us through what to do to reduce the style selection and what to consider from there. She was patient, gave us space and time refining the selection for the rings and the diamonds, educating us along the way. Thank you for the experience.
