I purchased 3 rings from Spence Diamonds this year. The quality and craftsmen ship has honestly blown me away. I initially had some trouble with my engagement ring however Michael compensated me appropriately. Michael as well as the front reception staff did an excellent job. I won't knock them for the miss givings of two but I will add that you need to do your own research.
