Not only did I get an amazing haircut, but Brooke had so much insight into what I was looking for. On top of that, she executed it better than what I had even imagined. As a queer, gender non-conforming individual, this meant a lot. I also have social anxiety so getting my hair cut can be really hard, but with the free Silent Appointment add-on, I felt so safe and comfortable. Such a great experience, I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend!
Kind thoughtful professionals
The haircut quality Brooke has given me has always been very good. They have always been very respectful when I was there and they’re a very kind person. However, the problem I’ve been having is they’ve rescheduled or cancelled on me every single time I’ve seen them (four times in a row), for different reasons every time, and always last minute. Brooke and Samantha are both phenomenal stylists who care how you feel and look. I will not take my teenagers anywhere else, and Brooke has been my stylist of choice for a couple of years now. I do not see this changing unless I move far away. 😆
Brooke is the master of color! Not only is it always vibrant and gorgeous, but lasts months! A master of the art! She is also a safe space. She is very lgbtq+ friendly and makes everyone comfortable at their appointments.
