Very Accomodating Elle, the owner of Spellbound genuinely cared about our experience, even when we were a little late she worked us in to get the most out of the time we had. The massages were wonderful, the therapist I had was Deb in case anyone needs a referral. She also really tailored to my overall experience, she asked questions about areas in need and made sure the pressure was appropriate. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage, and felt wonderful afterward. Best Massages in Chicago I've been a regular client at Spellbound for the better part of 2 years now and the consistent experience I have had keeps the solid 5 star rating. It took 11 years of living in Chicago to find good massage. In those 11 years I had a lot of bad massages in this city. Anyhow, Iris rocks! For my tastes, I like to leave in a different state of body and mind than I came in with....and SpellBound continually delivers.
Excellent job! When I called to schedule they were pretty much booked and had 1200 people trying to schedule in the 3 weeks before a coupon expired - so they decided to waive the expiration date and honor all of the youswoop certificates. The receptionist was very helpful and found a Saturday morning appointment without a problem.
