Providing terrible service PING 1000-5000ms, constantly lying and making up reasons for the loss of connection. They also think that VPN is illegal in the US, although this is a complete lie, VPN is legal. These people break contractual obligations even when you have paid all the money. And note, you have not blocked the ip address, you are inventing it again. Everything worked for me. You simply cannot understand that you have a terrible quality of service, and therefore, invent the reasons for the illegal shutdown.

These guys provide the internet with terrible poor quality!!! The amount of information received is not the speed at which blocks of information are received. Do not be misled, I called you 4 times in July because there was no connection in full. And your operators said - "We don’t know why you are in trouble" - no need to invent. And now about the speed, the receiving speed drops to 0.3-0.7mbps, but the most interesting thing happens with PING, it reaches 5000ms (AND THIS IS WITHOUT VPN !!!). These guys provide the internet with terrible quality PNG 1000-5000ms (without using VPN), and we called them a lot of times, and they constantly said what they were solving. We bought a plan from them for $ 120 and nothing changed, the connection is disconnected every 5-8 hours. And after a regular call to them, this company said that it was DISCONNECTING THE INTERNET because we call them often and ask them to establish a connection. A few weeks ago I lost my internet. I called my internet company Speedy Quick and told them my problem and the next day they sent out two workers that I would love hire for my company. Aaron and Mike is their names. They were extremely friendly, on time, informative and fixed my internet service in less than 30 minutes. I have been trying to get fiber optic internet, or something that wasn't satellite at my place for a while now. Everyone I contacted said they were unable to because of trees being in the way, or this excuse or that. I requested an estimate and received a response in less than 24 hours. Tate answered all of my questions and signed me up for installation. Preston arrived earlier than my scheduled time, found a signal and I had internet up and running in just over an hour! This team was great!!!!!!

We just built a home in rural Nampa and had Speedy quick set-up our internet. Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for set-up in multiple areas. He was very professional and everything is working great!!
