Absolutely the worst gaslighting internet company in the Treasure Valley. Every single evening I start getting speeds of 1.00 or less, download, and 0.89 upload. I am paying for a speed of 15 download and 4 upload.. I work from home and this effects my work, phone calls drop and the sales quotas I am supposed to make don't happen. This company sells the data off to other users, while charging extremely high rates and making empty promises. Great service! We had a problem with our wifi and they came out and fixed it quickly. Had a damaged cable that would not allow our internet to load Aaron and Wyatt took care of it. They were out and had it fixed it so fast, we would have still been on hold with their competitors. Highly recommend!!!!

Trash internet that is legitimately, often, worse than dial-up. Overpriced, underperforming. Company likes to try pawning the blame onto you, and naturally, the internet miraculously starts working better once you're on the phone with them, and maybe even for the rest of the day if you're lucky. And then they throddle you back down to nothing so that they're basically stealing from you by not giving you the service you're paying for. Unfortunately, for the spammed 1 star reviews below by Mr and Mrs. Voronina, they were disconnected due to consistent abusive behavior towards employees in the offices, Mr. Voronina even assaulted a technician the day he was sent to pickup equipment, which required police intervention. The service they had, found issues with the vpn due to consistent data mining for bitcoin etc, that was maxing out a rural plan, a task which is generally suited for urban fiber connection. Extremely overpriced and unreliable. Internet constantly drops to a crawl or does not even work. I had to wait 3 minutes for the page to load JUST to write this review. Unless they start moving to fiber, satellite internet is already a bad choice and their service only makes it worse considering

I paid for 10Mbps but you can only get that in the early morning. I routinely get 1 to 3Mbps. If you are in the Middleton area do not sign up with this ISP. I have been with this company for close to 2 years. This has been this way for at least 6 months. You can't even stream 1 video and computer use is slow. They say there is nothing they can do because they have too many users. And yes, I have checked all the connections and restarted the modem. This is entirely on their end.

Would give zero stars if I could. Wifi is always slow and we regularly get less than 1mbps. Everytime we call they talk to us as if we are dumb and turns the problem and blames us for it. Usually after a call we will have good wifi for the rest of the day, then back to less than 1mbps for months. Very unsatisfied.

These SCAMMER AND LIARS offer HORRIBLE customer service. If the client does not receive paid traffic and network speed, and the Client has the courage to call this garbage company, THEY will simply hang up, or start scoffing by asking you the same thing 10 times. Although all their clients are identified by their phone number. They will just scoff. !!! The quality of service is at a low level - like in wild Africa !!! This garbage company only needs our money, and after that they are not interested in anything.

Provide the internet with terrible poor quality!!!!!! After constant complaints, they will simply disconnect from the service. And all consumer rights are removed and the hassle begins. You think about the reasons and circumstances of the trip. How much I didn’t pay them, they can’t provide normal service - there are always excuses (this is not us, we don’t know why). In this case, the connection may not be from 2-6 hours, and this happens 3-4 times a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS and LIARS.
