They never showed up. I was moving out of a condo and had a truck rented waiting for them. I called them a couple of times while I was moving it myself. By the time they actually sent the guys, I finished it just before my reserved elevator time window was over. Thank goodness I didn’t wait on them. I told them not to bother at this point. They would only refund half of my money
