I have bought 2 sets of glasses from this place. Both had to be returned and new lenses made. When the Dr. gave me the exam he did a far view when I asked about the closer view he just said " it's mathematical " WELL his math is wrong. Even the second set of glasses are blurry after 6 month (planned In my opinion) next time I will travel to SLC, Reno, or Twin. This guy is in it for the money not helping people! The gals that he has do a pretty good job trying to help people.
Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Arrived early and was quickly brought back for my appointment, first time being at the new location. The staff was polite and welcoming. Plenty of seating in the waiting area. They were very informative and answered all my questions about their process and wait time. The newer automated equipment was pretty cool. The sales team gave a good pitch, and they have many options for eyeglass lens variants. Made the visit pleasant and unforced to purchase what i wanted.
The people at Focus offered kind care and attention to my vision needs. Highly recommend!
I had an incredible experience here today! I brought in an old pair of Under Armour sunglasses from that mean a lot to me—they’re tied to a fishing trip in Clearwater where I caught my first sharks, one of those rare, genuinely great memories. They had been broken for months, and I was told they might not be fixable. Not only did the team take the time to work on them, they ended up fully repairing them at no charge.
