I subscribe to their monthly service with unlimited washes inside and out. The team at SS always greets me warmly and takes great care in detailing my SUV. They even wash my car in not so perfect weather just to get the mag chloride off. Highly recommend it!
I've always had great results here. I live in Fort Collins and come down to Loveland because Speedy Sparkle does a better job for a better price than any full service car washes in my town. Friendly staff, quick and high quality service. I highly recommend it.
Love this business and it's crew. Visit them weekly. Behind the counter, Mari always brightens my day and takes care of any issues promptly.
Horrible customer service! The most rude little snot behind the cashier stand. I couldn't believe the way she spoke to my mom right in front of me. The manager did address her immediately when I brought it to his attention but her behavior did not change. Extremely slow and not exactly a pleasant wait. I will not be back.
Paid for a basic which includes dusting and vacuuming..... terrible job! Streaks all over looks awful and vacuuming barely looks like they did a thing besides the matts.... will not be returning..... will just go do it myself next time since your to incompetent to even vacuum a car right or wipe it down right Staff is nice management is trash but wash is terrible
I would say out of the 25+ car washes I have gotten here 2 were great. My car is always wet after they say they are done and when I ask for them to dry it off I get a very rude look. 99% of the staff is rude and very unprofessional! I've had enough with it and today was my last day! I'm canceling my membership and I will find a friendly place to do business with.
My car wash their its a white car when I got home I had black tar streaks all over my car manager said it was not their fault it was from tree sap this is March there's no trees putting out SAP bad management would not stand up for what went wrong only place I've been having my car washed just lost my business if only he would have said yes maybe there is something wrong with our equipment I will check it but no such thing he was all defensive
Got a great wash today - the best Speedy has done for me since I started using them. Hope they keep up this level of service!
They backed my car into a snowbank scratched my bumper, and wouldn't even apologize or take accountability at all for the damage. Even though I had pictures, and when I was talking to the manager the snow banks still had the imprint of my car in it.
