I brought my old kia in for a wash tonight, and I was gimping around on my injured knee trying to replace my wipers, vacuum, ect. I was taking my time cleaning the inside and one of the guys, saw me struggling and came over to help me he. Just the fact that he did that was very nice and a breath of fresh air that there are still some people who have good customer service skills and he was cute which was a double bonus. WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS....THIS GUY WAS DO DAMN RUDE THE EMPLOYEE WAS SO DAMN RUDE WHEN THEIR FUCKED UP MACHINE WON'T GIVE ME THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED AND INSTEAD OF HELPING ME LIKE PEOPLE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD, THIS DUDE WANTS TO PROVE ME WRONG....... WORST CAR WASH EVER AND THEIR LOT IS FULL OF POT HOLES! NEVER GOING BACK.... THEN THIS ASSHOLE TOOK A PICTURE OF MY CAR....WTF?
Great wash and great service. The free vacuums are great and the monthly membership is totally worth it! I go at least once a week.
