Always pleased to see customer. Easy to get a booking for a service. Easy to get registration inspection undertaken. Do a great job at a reasonable price. Happy for you to bring your own oils and filters especially for unusual vehicles. Nice clean toilets. Customer waiting room. Quick turn around. The latest visit was the usually friendly reception and a quick check that what they had booked me in for was what I wanted . They estimated 1 hr @55mins I got a small saying vehicle ready.
These guys are at the top of their game. Explained everything in laymen’s terms. What they had done (Even kept the buggered parts to show me) & then recommended the next possible issues to be looked at. These guys are very passionate about what they do with excellent communication & competency. Couldn’t recommend Tony & his crew highly enough. Would be 10/10 if allowed. Ian C
Charged $162 to run codes on my vehicle before suggesting I take it to another mechanic who works on diesel cars. No work was done on the vehicle. Greedy and a waste of your time. Invoice has been included so they don’t claim I’m a fake customer as I’ve seen on previous reviews… Also my car was left unlocked when I picked it up after closing. Not much point of a lockbox if it’s left unlocked.
Took my car in for a brake inspection and was quoted $280. Approved the work, came to pick it up and was charged $520 with zero warning or explanation. When I asked about it, the guy at the counter just said “parts cost more than expected” and couldn’t give me an itemised receipt. Had to ask three times before he printed one off, and even then half the parts weren’t listed properly. Got home and the brake pedal still feels soft.
