I appreciated that the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the process. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the condition my car was returned in after the rear window replacement. There were lots of sharp pieces of glass left throughout the interior and trunk, which felt both unsafe and unacceptable. Some of the surrounding trim and pieces also did not seem to be put back together properly. Excellent service with good communication
Customer service was great, very helpful staff
The Sales associate was nice and friendly and seemed very efficient. She warned me that the chip would still show, but I was okay with that as I just wanted to prevent it from spreading. The chip repair was done, and I was happy the tech took the time to come out to discuss it with me. There was a billing issue which the manager handled very well before I even got there. I would definitely come back if I have windshield issues and would be happy to recommend them to others.
Fast friendly efficient work. Cleaned car beautifully as unexpected bonus.
