I recently had my windshield repaired here. As you can see in the photo, there are quite a few bubbles left around the repair spot. I was expecting a cleaner, more seamless finish, especially from a shop with this reputation. I understand that sometimes results may vary, but attention to detail makes a big difference. Hopefully this helps others know what to expect. .Not recommended

It was great experience overall. In 5 minutes from my call with my insurance company I got a call From Speedy Thornhill, we set up the time next morning. I came in time (hate to be late), was greeted politely by the manager, who got my key, answered all my questions and showed me around to have seat in their waiting area. The manager communicates in a very respectful manner, I heard him talking to other clients - he is a really nice person to talk to. I had a great experience with Speedy Glass Thornhill! My insurance company recommended them for a windshield replacement, and I’m so glad they did. Rick called to set up the appointment and when I dropped off my car, he patiently walked me through the process and even arranged a taxi service to get me home. To my surprise, Rick called back just 2 hours later to say the car was ready and also arranged for my pickup. Truly "Speedy" service and excellent customer care!
