Amazing service last week in the morning! Turns out our appointment wasn’t coming up in the system for some odd reason even though we were being notified for it. Regardless, they honoured our notifications and managed to squeeze us in the scheduled time we went in for. We are so thankful they were able to do that so we were able to get their TAG service for our vehicle in about 30 minutes or so even though we were originally told an hour. Definitely recommend!
Booked in for a windscreen repair for 4:30pm via online. Ran 15mins late due to bad traffic. Was told the technician has gone home for the day. No courtesy phone calls but instead the receptionist stated i should have called to notify that i was running late. Not sure if thats a good idea to do whilst driving. A courtesy call would have avoided this bad review. Do better guys, not honoring booking is unacceptable.
