Booked an appointment six weeks ago, dropped vehicle off just after 8 am, went out and did a little shopping went home noticed on my phone that I had received a call that went to voicemail. I called back and was told that the windshield that was ordered that came in a hour after I dropped the car off had a damaged clip for the front camera. booked in our vehicle 3 times. had to reschedule once, twice showed up and were told he didn't have a windshield for our vehicle.. after booking ahead!! 3 strikes.. you're out

Had what started out as a pleasant start. Pretty timely. Cost was reasonable. Outlet was referred by my mechanic. Decent reviews Convenient location. After a few days of driving it.a noticeable draft coming from a bad seal on a cold day. After inspection by my mechanics. They both pointed out a bad seal. And 2 additional chips. Both on the top edge. No exposure to stones. Took it back for Matt to see. Before taking a minute to even let me point out the issues. Matt absolutely refused to take responsibility.
