My windshield was on backorder for over a year. He called every month to give me an update and to say they hadn't forgotten about my car!!; wayyy above and beyond!! Even when Nissan sent the wrong glass, he was still so very kind! So very thankful for how amazing I was treated!! Best customer service I have ever received!!
Had my rear window replaced on my Subaru Forester at Speedy today (23-Jan-26). Visited the shop the Tuesday prior and was quoted $650 w insurance or $550 out of pocket. Upon collecting my vehicle today, they told me that I owed $700+tax. When I was shocked by the sudden increase (without notifying me and receiving the go ahead to proceed with the work), they said that I must have been mistaken, that I was wrong, they would have never quoted that amount, blaming myself for the "misunderstanding" etc.. etc.. Have to share a post. Yesterday I had a stone clip in my windshield. I went in and asked about a repair. Although busy like everybody's lives these days the team fixed my vehicle in an hour with amazing results. Huge thanks, great job, excellent service.
