Excellent experience. I had an appointment booked for a Monday. I received a call on Thursday before saying the replacement window had arrived early and he offered me an earlier appointment... which in this world of no customer service was amazing! Couldn't come early but still....I arrived for my appointment... the agent was super friendly, polite and professional. The job was done much sooner than expected. I have to say....and I don't often... Excellent Customer Service!
Your staff person was plesant and helpful. The installation was done in short time. The waiting area and washroom was clean. Parking were good.
