In a time where customer service seems to be nonexistent, Rosella went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle when I shattered my rear window at a nearby hotel underground parking. I was traveling to Sicamous for a house boating trip and spent the night in Kamloops. Rosella took my vehicle, cleaned the shattered glass and put plastic in the back window so I could make it to Sicamous.
