At first I was greeted very professionally, and dealt with that way. I was concerned about some trim pieces of my car (they often get damaged on my particular car, and I took care to even print the applicable pages off the Factory Service Manual for them to use). After I got my car back, I noticed one trim pieces that was loose. I was pretty much dismissed when I brought the car back.
