This was my second visit to Burlington Speedy Glass, and unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very unpleasant attitude. I honestly don’t understand how someone with this attitude can be the first point of contact for customers. After 2 visits, this was enough to make me reconsider ever coming back. You can have a good business, but terrible customer service can ruin the entire experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Very personable staff, they clearly explained everything to me and didn’t rush me out or make it feel transactional, and the technicians did a great job with the replacement
Really wanted to thank Greg the new manager for taking so great care of me. He was kind and professional, but always treated me like a friend. I had to do work and he offered he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable.
