The person who helped me was easily understood, competent, friendly, and expertly stick handled through the insurance quagmire so the cost was covered with no out of pocket expense for myself.
Booking was so easy. Customer service was great, friendly and timely. Price was very reasonable.
Went in April 2nd for a rock chip. The front office was really awkward customer service yapping to customers and not acknowledging people coming through door or standing right in front of them, also would disappear into the back when people came through door for ages, one customer went into the back shop to hunt him down lol. Was poor communication, I wanted to drop car off but ended up waiting around half an hour before dropping keys off.
