The individual that waited on us when we dropped the vehicle off seemed perturbed that he had to do the Aviva claim on our behalf even though the RBC Insurance is recommending we use Speedy Auto Glass and you think they would be happy for the business but he seemed put out by the request. Secondly, when we did pick up our vehicle at the end of the day as it took them all day, we were then informed that they were not able to clear the DTC codes on our vehicle so therefore could not calibrate the camera.
