Wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location. The Manager Andrew is a real jerk. I pulled up and parked and got out to go to into his store and all of a sudden he comes pulling up and the first thing he says is you can't park there. I said to him do you guys not want customers and his response was " WERE DOING FINE CAN'T PARK THERE!" assuming I wasn't a customer for speedy. After that rude interaction I won't be going to any speedy auto.
I was able to get an appointment very fast. The customer service of the shop manager was excellent, friendly, prompt and accurate.
Quick appointment set up and fast turnaround. Andrew was great!
FOLLOW UP EDIT: After picking up the vehicle, everything seemed fine later in the day when it was more quiet I noticed a weird whislting sound coming from under the hood. Didn't think anything of it really. Next day I take it for a drive and try to use the windshield wiper sprayers... nothing comes out. Can hear the pump run and see the reservoir level go down but see no fluid dripping anywhere. On further inspection I realized what happened. The "technician" had hooked the washer fluid line directly to the accessory vacuum ... read more
