Terrible experience last year. Scheduled an appointment to get a chip in my windshield fixed however I had asked would the chip still be noticeable once he’s done with it. The technician was rude and said if you’re concerned about how it will look that I should just go elsewhere. It was a simple question. He attempted to fix it but unfortunately in the end I needed to replace the whole windshield which whatever is not a problem what made me annoyed was more so this technicians rude behaviour. I couldn’t ask for any better service.
Highly recommend this location. Went in to get my windshield replaced when it spontaneously cracked from the cold. They had the right windshield in stock and were able to get me in the very next day. The staff were all very kind and helpful and made the MPI claims process really easy. The new windshield looks great and I have no issues with the installation. They even noticed that one of my wiper fluid sprayers was clogged and fixed it without asking and at no charge.
My window needed to be covered until I could get it fixed. They were so accommodating and friendly. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me. I went to this location because I know others that have had good experiences and I will definitely be happy to bring my business to them.
