I stopped in, setup appt with Employee/Manager (he wrote it down on legal pad), then no one showed up for appt, I called and they knew nothing about it and said they'd call back, didn't, I called next day midday and was told how they don't have enough staff and no support from Corporate, and Rep disconnected our conversation because I wasn't happy with the excuses offered.
