Very quick test, very easy to get it all done, and the price is 20-21 dollars! I've gone to get my emissions here twice, and the man running it is very professional. Take your car here!
The service was good and they worked fast. The price was also reasonable. The only feedback I'd give is that when my car didn't pass emissions due to reddines they told me I should drive for 1-2 weeks, but since the car hadn't been registered previously (evident due to lack of licence plate) they could have told me to go to the tag office and get an exception on the rule to register the car within 7 days of purchase. That tip would have saved me from getting a ticket.
