MARYTE the girl with glasses in the front took my phone & posted a review about herself. MARYTE was her name & even admitted to doing it when i called. she took my phone to "help me setup green dot" but really just posted a review about herself. not only was she rude & seemed like she didn't wanna help us she had the audacity to post about herself saying she was "easy & fast". also asked for my phone multiple times "to do stuff" so i don't know what else she did.
I had an excellent experience and received outstanding customer service. Maryte was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I truly felt valued as a customer. It's rare to find service this attentive and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this business to others. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one
This speedy cash location, and the manager Stephanie, are the best! My boyfriend and I had an awful experience at a different location last month. We expressed it to corporate and then this San Diego location honored what the other store did not. Stephanie was so sweet and understanding. She will forever have our business. Thanks again.
