On July 17th the incredible team at Speedy took my Gladiator in at 8 am and installed new boots, lift kit, side step boards, oil change, filters etc. The front desk guys were accommodating friendly and professional and the guys who worked on my jeep did a great job on all the work. I recommend Speedy in Victoria for any upgrades or maintenance of your vehicle. A Great Team with very good customer service and care! Thank you guys!!
Speedy Auto was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were able to take my car in on short notice, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and kept me updated throughout the process. I also really appreciated that they arranged an Uber for me when I dropped off my car — outstanding customer service. My car looks great and runs smoothly now. Highly recommend!
EDIT: I got a call from Chris, the owner from speedy the very next day. I highly appreciate his call and he wanted to make things right. He explained how the spill happened and he offered me a full refund which I refused, cause the break rotor and pad replacement job was spot on. No more vibrating steering wheel on breaking. Thank you. I did however ask for a refund of 200 bucks for the couple of hours I spent cleaning last evening in the Rona parking lot and Chris immediately accepted the request. In my opinion, the true reflection of customer service is how an organization reacts when they make a 'mistake' and they need to rectify things. Long story short, car went in for an issue that was 'fixed' on Wednesday, after starting it today to go somewhere, warning lights went on in the car saying "turn it off now!!" After phoning Chris at 1.30, he'd organized a tow truck by 2pm, was on a hoist by 3, and back in my hands fixed and cleaned by 4.30. You guys are awesome, and clearly stand by your work. Thank you!
