The best fitness studio in the area. Coaches and staff are very friendly and helpful. New exercises everyday so you won't feel bored or repetitive. The workouts are combination of HIIT and weight-lifting that are challenging and effective. The coaches can help you modify the workout to suit your fitness level.
I bounced around a ton of gyms in Los Angeles, but had difficulty finding one that was a good balance between strength and cardio, until I found speedx. The workouts are fun, engaging and challenging. Troy and all the coaches at speedx are amazing and provide corrective feedback if your form is off. I strongly recommend giving them a try!
