My Jetta broke down on I-65 on Memorial Day morning while I was on a cross country trip. I did not know the cause of the breakdown. Very funny workers and great fast services
I’ve been coming here for over 12 years now and when it was Falcone, the service was 100 times better as far as problems being fixed. I just got out of a Tiguan that only had 102,000 miles but became a nightmare shortly after my extended warranty ran out. I recently purchased a 2019 arteon with now 72,000 miles on it. UPDATED 3/14: After my first oil change not going to plan, Ryan from the Service team reached out and offered a complimentary “re-do” on the oil change due. I took him up on the offer and appreciated the team wanting to make things right. The car was serviced fast & Steve up front even offered to walk out to my car and check the dip stick with me. 3/07: The customer service aspect of my visit was good, the front desk guy who helped me, Steve, was nice and respectable.
