A little background. I have been servicing my current VW Passat VR6 since I purchased it brand new from Bob Falcone in 2012. This is not my first VW that I have purchased and serviced at this location (Duke Gold before Falcone). It was always great service, never had anything shady happened before. My Jetta broke down on I-65 on Memorial Day morning while I was on a cross country trip. I did not know the cause of the breakdown. I researched repair shops (all were closed for the holiday) and had the car towed to Speedway VW Service Center. I spoke to Steve Halloran at 7:15am the next morning and he explained that several technicians were out on vacation that week and he had no open appointments until the following week.
