Waiting room is too small to handle patients & their designated drivers for procedures. Staff did there best however no standing room & temps outside were above 100 with patients waiting extra long due to procedural complications for some patients. Not a good situation with elevated temps & patients who had no water for 2 hours standing in 100 degree+ heat.
Dr's amazing, front desk amazing, the people getting you ready for surgery have no bed side manners and don't listen to the patient.
I had to have a procedure that took place at this facility, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment my husband and I walked in we felt we were going to be very pleased. I had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived the facility was clean, organized and welcoming Anita. The receptionist explained all the forms very carefully and made us feel comfortable. First off this center commited a huge HIPAA violation with my mother. They did not verify who she was as a patient and mixed her up with another patient. They went over her medicines and medical history with another patient who was lying about medicines that she takes. They also proceeded to help the other patient first whose appointment was at 10:45 and my mom’s appointment was at 9:45. My mom was extremely unhappy and will not be returning to this center.
