They were very honest about helping. I have one of those car warranties. I bought the car from another place. When I called I told them about the warranty. They said bring it in. I know sometimes these warranty places can be a pain to deal with. So I had an idea that if we needed to call I would stay on the phone until the warranty place answered and then let them talk to the warranty. Fortunately the repair was not a big repair. I had a fairly bad and very confusing experience at Speedway Subaru and wanted to share with potential customers. I bought a used car from them and would not do so again. I purchased a 2012 Outback from them in June 2025. Yes, that is an older car, and it was higher mileage, but for the ticket price (over $8,000) and from a reputable dealer, I expected that they had done their due-diligence and it would be in good shape.
