This team is incredible and very caring! Ryan helped me over the phone and was very honest and knowledgeable. I was greeted when I came in for my appointment and everyone was really friendly as I stumbled in half-asleep! Tea/coffee isn't complicated to use, donuts and snacks, what more could I ask for. I appreciate the care :)
I have tried to call this shop every other day for 2 weeks now and have yet to speak to a person or recieve a call back. It was stated that text was the fastest way to hear back from them so I texted 2 days ago and have not heard back. Go to the Subaru shop in Franklin. Much faster service.
