I had a fairly bad and very confusing experience at Speedway Subaru and wanted to share with potential customers. I bought a used car from them and would not do so again. I purchased a 2012 Outback from them in June 2025. Yes, that is an older car, and it was higher mileage, but for the ticket price (over $8,000) and from a reputable dealer, I expected that they had done their due-diligence and it would be in good shape. Five stars goes to Amanda! best sales person for the ladies! Or whoever. Countless experience, incredible sweet personality. I gave four stars and took one off because of Stefan , not a mean person but worst experience I've ever had with a car salesman, if you get him prepare to wait for hours, he disappeared several times and you're left waiting and waiting and waiting and in the meantime someone named Derek goes back and forth behind your back while you're waiting in the cubicle...ugh...
